    2/3 cup hazelnuts
    1 cinnamon stick (optional)
    4 sweet apples
    Serves 2-3.

Directions

  1. First, completely soak oats, hazelnuts, and cinnamon stick in a bowl for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    After the ingredients are soaked, remove the cinnamon stick.
    Strain the oats and hazelnuts.
    Begin scooping oats and hazelnuts to be inserted into the juicer, followed with an apple. Alternate between the scoops and apples.
    Sprinkle with fresh cinnamon and enjoy!
