🍎 Ingredients:
- 1 cup pistachios (peeled and unsalted, soaked overnight)
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 cups thick cream
- 3/4 to 1 cup condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of green food coloring (optional)

 

🍧 Instructions:
1. Attach the juice stariner to the Kuvings Juicer. Add the soaked pistachios and start the machine. Gradually pour in the 1 cup of water to extract pistachio milk.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio milk with the thick cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence, salt and food coloring. Freeze in an ice cube tray until solid.
3. Attach the sorbet strainer to your Kuvings machine. Feed the frozen cubes and churn into smooth, creamy ice cream.
