Kitchen appliance brand Kuvings is gaining attention for its consumer-centered business management.
Every year since 2016, Kuvings Poland has been awarded the “Laur Konsumenta,” one of the most prestigious consumer certifications in Poland. The consumer certification has been evaluating the popularity of products and services for the past 17 years.
Selecting the most popular products and services based on surveys with Polish consumers, this award is essential in determining brand awareness in the Polish market.
In addition, in South Korea, where Kuvings is headquartered, the company obtained the “Consumer Centered Management (CCM)” certification from the government for seven years in a row, starting in 2010.
Based on the Framework Act on Consumers, the Korean CCM system assesses whether a company's management activities are consumer-centered and continuously improving. The CCM puts significance on understanding and meeting the needs and preferences of consumers while improving products and services.
Furthermore, Kuvings' new product, the REVO830, has been acclaimed as the “Best Juicer” by several media outlets. The British magazine Ideal Home awarded it five stars and The Telegraph newspaper rated it a perfect 10 out of 10 in the overall category, calling it a “Best Buy.”
UK Juicer released an in-depth review article in which the Kuvings REVO830 was praised for its outstanding performance and value.
Kuvings collaborates with international brand ambassadors, constantly seeking feedback on product performance and listening to consumer voices.
